All Deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted to Bunk House Ranch in writing. A minimum of 30 days written notice must be given for cancellations and rescheduling. Any cancellations prior to 30 days before trip, you must reschedule within one year.
The Hunt Package reservation date can only be confirmed once a $500 non-refundable deposit has been received by Bunk House Ranch.
Bunk House Ranch retains the sole right to accept or refuse proposed reservation dates. The non-refundable deposit, required to confirm the reservation date, will be applied to the total cost of the hunt package. Payment of the balance is due prior to departure from the Bunk House Ranch. Client shall be required to pay the full amount due, in an acceptable form of payment, for the entire Hunt Package including trophy fees, lodging, cape and quarter fees, package amenities, and any gratuities which could have been added. Bunk House Ranch regards only the following as acceptable forms of payment (in US $)
